Nobody sells it, and there is no price here to invent for a mode that is not in the game. What can be said now is the part that decides whether buying into Hardcore makes any sense at all: what becomes of the coin when the character dies.

Death stopped being the end of the character
At the BlizzCon Deep Dive Blizzard said that when Hardcore arrives in Forever, a player whose character dies can carry it into another playstyle. On Classic the only destination was PvE; here PvP is an option as well. The character moves and everything it carries moves with it.
Which removes the reason for a premium
The risk a Hardcore buyer would really be pricing is “I pay, I die, it is gone”. That risk has been designed away, and with it the argument for charging more than the Normal rate. When this row gets a number, expect it near $0.82 rather than anywhere near $0.00.
What is still unknown
Blizzard announced the destination modes and nothing else: not whether a transferred character can ever return, not whether the transfer costs anything, not a date beyond “winter”. Those gaps are not being filled with guesses here.

Level on Normal or PvP
Hardcore lands after the November launch. Gold earned or bought now sits on a character in a live world, and it stays there.
Watch the board, not the promise
The reader picks up every Hardcore listing that appears. The day a real one shows up it is on the market page the same day.
Then decide
When a seller genuinely stocks Hardcore gold, this page gets a price, a minimum and a delivery method — the same row as every other style, with nothing dressed up.

When does Hardcore reach Forever?
After launch. Blizzard said “this winter” at the BlizzCon Deep Dive without naming a date; the game itself opens November 4, 2026 with Normal, PvP and Roleplay only.
If the character dies, is the gold gone?
No. A character that dies can be carried into another playstyle, and it takes what it is carrying with it. What ends is the Hardcore run, not the balance.
Can a transferred character return to Hardcore?
Not announced. Blizzard described the move out of Hardcore, never a move back into it, so treat the transfer as one-way until they say otherwise.
Why is the only Hardcore listing $0.00 a coin?
Because it is one seller on a level-30 test realm with almost no gold in the world and nobody to undercut them. It tells you about the beta, not about what Hardcore gold will cost once the mode exists.
